my mom and i decorated the christmas tree a few nights ago in bulbs from germany from the 50's and 60's while listening to only christmas hymns. i hate any other christmas music. only hymns sung by choirs are allowed. this is in no way, shape, or form a religious thing for me, it's just simply a preference because all other holiday songs are cheesy and awful and annoying.
